By downloading, installing, registering, or using the DhanLaxmi Khata & Billing mobile application, or accessing services at dhanlaxmi.fixcorp.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

FixCorp grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive software license to use DhanLaxmi Khata & Billing for managing retail, wholesale, billing, inventory, and customer khata ledgers. All titles, trademarks, copyright, source code, and design assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of FixCorp.

DhanLaxmi operates primarily on an Offline-First architecture. Your sensitive financial data—such as customer khata ledgers, item inventories, generated invoices, and daily shop expenses—is stored directly in the local SQLite (Room) database on your physical device.

FixCorp does not sell, monitor, or monetize your private customer records or sales transactions. You maintain 100% data sovereignty over your shop records.

Business owners are solely responsible for ensuring that all tax configurations—including Business Name, GSTIN, Shop Address, HSN/SAC codes, and tax rates (CGST, SGST, IGST)—comply with Indian statutory commercial and Goods and Services Tax (GST) laws.

While DhanLaxmi provides automated calculation engines for invoices, discounts, and round-offs, merchants must verify all invoice totals and ledger summaries prior to issuing bills to customers.

The application allows business owners to manage multiple shop profiles under a single account. Each registered shop maintains its own isolated database for invoices, customers, and inventory. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate branch configurations, pricing structures, and distinct ledgers across all active shops.

Subscribers to the PRO tier may configure secondary Staff accounts secured with 4-digit PINs and tailored permissions (such as restricting invoice deletion, expense view, or customer ledger modifications).

The primary Business Owner retains full legal and managerial responsibility for all transactions, bills, inventory updates, and customer communications executed by their designated staff members.

Because business records reside on your local physical device, users must regularly utilize the "Backup & Restore" feature to export an encrypted JSON database backup to external storage, an SD card, or cloud drive (e.g., Google Drive).

FixCorp assumes no liability for loss of business data resulting from device theft, physical damage, operating system formatting, application uninstallation, or operating system cache clearance performed without an exported backup.

Premium features—including 100% Ad-Free experience, 2-sided digital visiting card downloads, multi-staff accounts, multi-shop support, and thermal print templates—are provided via PRO subscription plans (1 Month, 6 Months, 1 Year, 2 Years, and Lifetime).

All subscription transactions are processed securely via Google Play In-App Billing. Digital features are unlocked immediately upon payment confirmation.

Users are authorized to generate, download, and distribute digital visiting cards and invoice PDFs displaying their shop logo, business address, and payment QR codes for legitimate trade and marketing purposes. The underlying software design, card templates, and rendering algorithms remain protected under FixCorp copyrights.

You agree not to:

• Use the software for fraudulent billing, fictitious transactions, or illegal financial activities.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or disassemble the DhanLaxmi application package (APK).
• Attempt to bypass PRO license checks, feature gates, or Google Play Billing verifications.
• Redistribute modified, pirated, or repackaged versions of the application.

Violation of these provisions will lead to immediate account termination and potential legal enforcement.

DhanLaxmi Khata & Billing is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

FixCorp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, commercial interruption, or loss of business profits resulting from the use or inability to use the application or hardware peripherals (such as Bluetooth thermal printers).
